Mary Booty has presented book review programs drawn from memoirs, biographies, historical periods, and fiction. Mary structures her programs to provide a multi-dimensional view of the person or subjects being presented. An actress by training, she brings the emotional, human side of her characters to light – transforming, what we often consider iconic figures, into mere mortals.
Mary holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from SMU and has performed in New York, regional theaters and the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.
